Police Reforms

Steve believes that reasonable police reforms are highly important in laying the groundwork for a system of law enforcement that focuses on promoting public safety. He voted for important legislation that established a duty to intervene for police officers and directs officers to use de-escalation tactics to avoid needless violence.
